SMS Text Messaging

Fractel now offers full support for inbound and outbound text messaging. With a text enabled DID, you can send and receive text using any device that supports SIP messaging. Alternately, you can use our convenient email interface, or the Fractel API. Getting a text enabled DID is easy, just select “Yes” as the SMS option when ordering a new number. There is no extra charge for the number, just a per message charge of $.005. If you would like to add texting to an existing number, contact our support team and we’ll work with you to get it done.
